Our facility is located in South Frankfort. We’re across the street from Frankfort High School and just four blocks from the Kentucky State Capitol.

We offer 3 types of units: Normal, Underground Temperature Controlled, and HVAC.
- Normal Units are inside a brick building without HVAC. Temps usually range from 40F to 85F.
- Underground Temperature Controlled Units are inside a brick building and located underground, without HVAC. Temps usually range 55F-75F with 25%-65% humidity.
- HVAC Units are kept between 60F-80F with about 45% humidity.
Parking spots are available and under video surveillence.
First 2 (TWO) Months are FREE when paying for the third and fourth months and a setup fee.
10% Discount to Military, Police, & First Responders (Fire, Ambulance, Emergency Room).

Freedom Properties Climate-Controlled Storage has been providing quality storage service to the South Frankfort business community since 2007. We aim to accommodate small and large storage needs with our units.
Our climate-controlled units are ideal for electronics, wooden or leather furniture, and other weather-sensitive items.
With 24 hours and drive-up access, only you will have access to your unit. Drive directly up to exterior door of the building near your unit to easily load and unload your belongings any time or day you please. Our leases are affordable and available month-to-month.
